The specific know-how and technical knowledge of this division, enrich the quality and quantity range of IPA group and services offered. 

 

This division is equipped with continuous extrusion machines and accumulation head machines, suitable for production of items with a capacity of 20cc up to a capacity of 120l.

 

Bisides blow molding machines, other tools give the possibility to obtain objects with holes of various shapes or more complicated assembled items.

 

The blow molding division produces components and finished products using high density poliethylene (PEHD), if necessary ethylen-vynil-acetate (EVA) is added in order to increase its flexibility.

 

Besides these raw materials which are wildly used for blow moulding, recently we have successfully tested also polypropilene (PP), ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM), POM and shockproof polystyrol  (PS).
